Reisa Jiang
President & CEO

Reisa Jiang founded Pacific Pearl Group in 2006 after identifying an unmet need for investment banking and advisory services to US and Chinese micro- and small-cap companies. Leveraging her extensive experience, deep domain knowledge and a vast network within the business and financial communities in US and China, she has built a world-class team and efficient platform to deliver value to the firm's clients. Prior to founding PPG, Ms. Jiang was an advisor to Chinese private equity firms and was with ABN AMRO N.V., where she covered a multitude of industries including real estate, travel services, and information technology.

Ms. Jiang earned her M.S. in Global Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and her B.A in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a concentration in Global Politics and Economy.

Avi Suriel
Managing Director

Avi brings over 20 years of senior investment banking and financial advisory experience. Previously a partner at Convergence Capital Partners, a Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firm, he originated and closed transactions for small - midsize companies, as well as advised bondholders committees or involved in several Distressed Companies financing solutions. Avi spent over 15 years in Corporate Finance and Research at well- known Wall Street firms like Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney/Citigroup, where he was involved in over $15 Billion of equity and debt transactions across a multitude of industries. He has also served as Acting CFO or President/COO of several early stage companies in the technology and consumer products industries.

Mr. Suriel is a Director of China Education, Inc. (a pending publicly traded company) and an active member of several philanthropic organizations. He has earned his MBA from Fordham University, NY, and a B.A. from Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

David Yang
Managing Director

Prior to joining PPG, Mr. Yang was with Cowen and Company's (former subsidiary of Société Générale) corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions investment banking team in San Francisco and New York. During his time at Cowen, Mr. Yang participated in the spearheading efforts of the firm's entry into China, focusing on cross border M&A and private placement opportunities. He has executed a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions and has helped to raise over $2 billion for growth equity clients.

Mr. Yang holds a B.S. in Chemistry and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley.

Shaohua Zhou
Honorary Chairman of the Advisory Board

MS. Shaohua Zhou, a Senior Economist, was Director of China National Economic Reform Committee, and was Vice President of China Minsheng Banking Corp., LTD. (CMBC) which is the first national joint-stock commercial bank primarily held by non-state-owned enterprises in China.

Nannan Xu
Chairman of the Advisory Board

Ms. Xu is a renowned executive consultant on US-China business. Throughout her career, she has achieved phenomenal success in representing American and foreign interests in China. Ms. Xu has been effective in guiding foreign businesses to the Chinese market. Among her accomplishments include assisting a major US investment management company to secure its first asset management contract with the Chinese government in an unprecedented short timeframe. Ms. Xu is one of the most effective and sought-after consultants spanning advisory and execution of strategies for Fortune 500 companies in China, in areas such as banking, project financing, joint ventures, trade and government regulations.

Ms. Xu is active in developing and fostering relationships among global business executives and leaders between the US and China. Ms. Xu grew up in China and her strong root and network in China have enabled her to assist clients in securing government-sponsored projects and partnering with both government and Chinese businesses in a range of corporate ventures.

Prior to co-founding Rock-Asia Capital Group in 1999, Ms. Xu served as Managing Director and Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at Far East National Bank in Los Angeles. During her tenure, she was the key player in increasing the Bank's revenue by expanding its Chinese clientele and positioning it as one of the top regional banks in California.

William Lawton
Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board

Mr. Lawton's driving passion for over 30 years has been to help people through trade and investment and fostering sustainable economic growth in Asia. He was hired to be the first foreign adviser to the People's Bank of China in 1993. Then he founded the successful asset management company, Seabright, a joint venture between Seagate and China Everbright Limited that became a pioneer in China private equity. Mr. Lawton has also been a Director of CITIC Capital and its funds for many years. Under Mr. Lawton's oversight, Seagate became a partner with HongTa Innovation Partners, the private equity subsidiary of the HongTa Group, the largest taxpayer in China.

Mr. Lawton was named Senior International Investment Advisor to Kunming, capital city of Yunnan province, officially designated Gateway to the ASEAN Free Trade zone, the third largest and fastest growing Free Trade zone in the world. Seagate is focusing on trade between China and SE Asia through its Manila office. Mr. Lawton has been actively promoting peace through trade and investment in Southern Philippines and reducing hunger by supporting development of the Southeast Asia Commodity and Food Exchange network.

Mr. Lawton received his MBA in Finance from Columbia University and M.A. in International Economics (focus on Asia) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He received his B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Davisson Wu
Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board

Davisson Wu has over 18 years of experience managing corporations and consulting with emerging companies on organization structure and corporate development. Mr. Wu began his career in 1989 with Starts Corporation, a Tokyo Stock Exchange member firm. In 1994, Mr. Wu founded, and is now the sole owner and Chairman of Shandong Jimswood Industrial Co., Ltd. (JICL), a China-based stone care company which has since become one of the leading domestic stone care companies, completing projects for the Chinese Pentagon, all major airports and train and subway stations, high-end hotels and office buildings, and landmarks such as the Chinese Military Historical Museum and Hong Kong Disney. Mr. Wu has been a member of the Board for several private and public Chinese companies. Prior to joining Pacific Pearl Group, Mr. Wu was Managing Director of Antaeus Capital Inc. Shanghai Representative Office. Antaeus Capital is a FINRA/SIPC member firm,and then Managing Director of Avant Capital Group in Shanghai.

Davisson Wu received his post-graduate degree in Business Administration from China’s Tsinghua University Economics and Management School, his MA degree from UCLA Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning, and a BA with honors in Economics from UCLA. Mr. Wu also holds California Real Estate Broker License.

Lily Xu
Senior Advisor

Lily Xu is Senior Advisor to the CEO, helping to create a global platform to deliver outstanding service and value to US and Chinese micro- and small-cap companies. Ms. Xu has extensive years of experience in the US and China markets. Prior to joining PPG, she was the team leader for the China market research efforts at Roth Capital Partners, working directly with Dr. Donald Strazheim, then Vice Chairman of Roth Capital Partners and former Global Chief Economist of Merrill Lynch. Prior to Roth Capital Partners, Ms. Xu was at TCW Asset Management with responsibilities that included marketing key investment strategies and servicing institutional clients. Ms. Xu began her career with Credit Suisse's Global Emerging Markets Equity Group in New York, where she worked closely with the group's Portfolio Managers and Economist as an Equity Research Analyst with an emphasis on the Asian media sector.

Ms. Xu earned her M.B.A. in Finance from USC's Marshall School of Business, and graduated from Pitzer College (one of the Claremont Colleges) with a B.A. in Economics.
